Terms and Condition

Welcome to Tinta Printing Services!

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between Tinta Printing Services (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the customer (“you”). By placing an order, submitting files, or making payment, you agree to:

  • Comply fully with these terms.
  • Confirm you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter this contract.
  • Accept responsibility for all materials (designs, content) provided to us.

 

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Order Acceptance & Payment
  • Orders are confirmed only upon payment or as agreed in writing.
  • Deposits of 50% are required before production. Full payment is due before delivery
  • We accept payments via [GCASH / PAYMAYA / BANK TRANSFER via BPI].
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  1. Turnaround Time & Delivery
  • Production time depends on order complexity and volume.
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, all stated timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed. Tinta Printing Services shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Logistics disruptions (courier delays, shipping errors, customs hold-ups, Shipping errors due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, Remote area delivery limitations)

Force majeure events (extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes)

Customer-provided inaccuracies (incorrect shipping addresses, unresponsive contact details)

 

In the event of significant delays, we will proactively communicate with you and assist where possible. However, refunds or compensation for delays beyond our control are not applicable.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Additional fees may apply for address corrections.
  1. Design & File Submission
  • Customers ensure Files must meet our specifications (300 DPI resolution, CMYK color mode, correct order size). Tinta Printing Services are not liable for blurry/pixelated results from low-resolution files.
  • We are not responsible for errors in designs provided. Proof will be shared for approval before printing.
  • Copyrighted materials must have proper authorization; Tinta Printing Services is not liable for infringement.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Due to the custom nature of printing, returns are only accepted for defects or errors on our part.
  • Cancellations are allowed pre-proof approval. Post-approval cancellations may incur fees
  • Failure to report within 24-hour window period will be deemed acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Customer-supplied design/file errors.
    • Minor variations (e.g., color shades due to monitor/screen differences).
    • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling by recipient or courier).

 

  1. Rush Order Policy
  2. Availability & Fees

Rush orders (production within 24hours) are subject to:

  1. 20–50% surcharge (depending on complexity)
  2. Approval based on current workload.
  1. Limitations
  1. Rush orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.
  2. Delivery timelines for rush orders remain estimates (see Delivery Policy).

 

  1. Cutoff Times
  1. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PHT will be processed the next business day.
